Fujifilm X-A1 Mirrorless camera testing and review
Mirrorless cameras are a cousin to SLR cameras. They have nearly the same features as the big SLR cameras, but some have the same APS-C sensor size or slightly smaller 4/3 sensor size. Either way, they are bigger sensor sizes than point and shoot cameras which have a 2/3 or 1/3 sensor size.
The following photos are taken at dim low light environment at the Vancouver City Hall open house and the River Rock Casino. The camera used is a mirrorless camera Fujifilm X-A1.
This camera is nice and compact and has a APS-C sensor, the same sensor size as the bigger SLR Canon and Nikon cameras, meaning that the performance, and quality is exceptionally excellent, sharp and detailed. The colors as well is vivid and the contrast is strong in low light environments.
The camera is very portable, making it much preferable to bring this around casually rather than lugging the big Canon SLR camera.
Below are sample photos taken with the Fujifilm X-A1 in dim low light conditions. They are taken at the Vancouver City Hall Open House and the River Rock Casino Resort in Richmond, BC.
Last but not least, as usual, we take photos using Manual M mode, not AUTO mode. By using full manual mode, it allows us to control how we wanted to take the photos completely.
