In addition to real estate photos, videos and 360 Virtual Tours, we can design floor plans for use in brochure printing and online viewing. The floor plans we design gives a general overview of how the layout of the house looks like. Clients will have a rough idea on the layout and design, perhaps in planning how to put furnitures or a walkthrough visualization.
Please note that the floor plans we design are designed to be illustrative only. They are not meant to be scaled, or measured. The floor plan designs are not subjected to scaling and measurement. These are not architectural blueprint designed floor plans. The walls on our floor plan are not specifically measured from.
Despite so, we can still add in the measured dimensions in each space, but they cannot be directly related to exact measurements. The realtor may have to measure the spaces themselves, then give us the numbers to put into the floor plan.
