On handheld, we use manual settings on the camera to achieve blur free photos during low light or night time. We also may use a tripod in some situations to achieve good quality photos in dark conditions. Either way, details are clear and most importantly, the images are not blurry. Blurry images normally results from improper camera settings or AUTO mode without a tripod.
Sunset and Night photography can be applicable to Real Estate properties as well.
