Our position in our business is to treat our customers well and happy, and to ensure they are happy with our work we do for them. Honesty, being upfront and hard work plays an integral role in our business. We operate in a transparent and professional manner – no hidden suprises, no hidden fees, no unprofessional work, etc. By this, we mean communicating with our customers with honesty so that both of us understand each other.

Our goal is how to make photography interactive and creative – not just seeing it as a 2D static photo, but how to make photos into almost 3D-like. The answer to this is shooting still life photography objects and making them viewable at multiple angles in 360 degrees, whether it is 360 Virtual Tour of a local park, or 360 rotation degree view of a networking electronic object.

We value ourselves with quality and fast customer service. We respond to emails in a very prompt manner and we answer all the questions our customers and prospective customers have. Our previous and existing customers were very impressed with how promptly we respond to their questions and needs, and that they were very impressed with our quick completion of projects.

We not only just do photography – we cover a wide range of multimedia design, short videography of documentaries, photo touch up and modification, graphic design of newsletters, pamphlets and brochures, video editing, 3D rendering, animation and modelling and slideshow developments and basic CMS web design.

Our goal as well is to be innovative and unique. Apart from the 360 rotational photography, for example, our portrait photography is unique where customers can have their backgrounds changed into anything, such as a white background.

Ivan Chan Photography serves the Lower Mainland area in Vancouver, BC and the entire North America region. Clients can courier the products to be photographed to us from anywhere in North America outside the Vancouver region. Photo retouching and modification (along with payment) can be done over the internet.

We have worked with a number of major clients, such as the Government of British Columbia, Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Sutton West Coast Realty, University of British Columbia, Georgia Pacific Realty Corporation, and Multiple Realty Ltd.
